All design includes two revisions. Any revisions after the second will be billed $65/hour in 15 minute increments.

*All Design Fees are non-negotiable. An order must be placed and an order ID number issued before our designers will start the design process. An email, phone call, or fax in no way constitutes that an order was placed. Only design jobs placed through our online ordering system will be accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with the proofs our designers provide then we will reimburse the design fee amount minus a service fee of $45 for time rendered.

Under no circumstances are clients to sit with designers through the design process. This slows down the productivity of the designer and the added time is not calculated in the design pricing. Our designers are experienced and professional so you can trust that they'll do a wonderful job.
